Lea Bredschneider Coach Award
The Lea Bredschneider Award is presented to a coach who is providing a significant contribution to swimming in Ontario going above and beyond with volunteering, and supporting swimming in the local community and beyond.

Criteria: Nominees must be current Swim Ontario and CSCA Members, who have been coaching for a Swim Ontario Club for a minimum of 3 years. Preference will be given to those coaches who are working in a volunteer capacity. Applicants must hold a minimum NCCP Fundamentals Coach certification, and have attended a Swim Ontario AGM and Conference.

Award: Applications will be reviewed by the Swim Ontario Awards Committee and the recipient will be announced at the annual Swim Ontario Awards Banquet

*Applicants are asked to submit a photo of the nominee along with the nomination form that can be used during the awards celebration.
