For that you can fulfill this rooming form and help us to host you and/or your team in the best condition possible !

Students will be accommodated in shared rooms, up to two students, of same gender and same delegation, where possible.

It is important for you to note the showers in the rooms are ensuite, however the shower room is open (without door). Be reassured, the shower is not visible from the sleeping area, but we therefore kindly ask you to provide rooming lists, where adequate ages and familiarity of the students is respected. The rooms all have ensuite toilets that can be close.

We will do our best to provide individual rooms for supervisors / heads of delegations / adults in charge / teachers. If you prefer sharing, please provide this information on the form below. Please note the same conditions for the rooms apply, as for the students.

Room Pairing
As we already mentionned, there is 2 participants per rooms.

The showers in the rooms are ensuite, but the shower room is open (without door). Even if the shower is not visible from the sleeping area we kindly ask you to provide us indication for the pairing, where adequate ages and familiarity of the students is respected.

In such cases, we will assign room pairings based on participants' gender and age to ensure compatibility.
