📌 Program Overview:

Welcome to The Collective – a 9-month leadership cohort designed to equip girls in 5th grade and up with real-world skills in leadership development, community service, peer mentorship, and youth advocacy. This program offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where participants will grow into confident changemakers and future leaders of their communities.Participants will serve on our Peer Advisory Board, complete community service projects, and engage in interactive leadership workshops alongside mentors and guest speakers. Program Dates: September 2025 – May 2026 Meeting Times: Bi-weekly Wednesdays (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM) & Select Saturdays (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

- This is a 9-month commitment (September–May), and consistent attendance is expected.
- The cohort meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays and some Saturdays.
- Selected participants are required to complete an in-person interview as part of the final selection
- Participants must complete a minimum of 15 hours of community service as part of the program.
