Empower Nutrition & Energy is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team! This is a high-energy, customer-focused role that involves both preparing our delicious nutritional products and engaging with customers to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Blend and prepare protein shakes, mega teas, and other menu items according to our standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including washing blenders, wiping down surfaces, ensuring floors remain clean, tidying up our space, and periodic cleaning up bathrooms for cleanliness.
- Restock ingredient containers and supplies as needed.
- Learn about our nutritional product line in depth to confidently educate and assist customers.
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Engage customers in conversation to help them find products that fit their needs and promote additional sales.
- This is a sales and commission-based role—team members are expected to actively encourage repeat business and product purchases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have ability to drive to work.
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Willing to learn about health, wellness, and nutrition.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties.
- Availability for weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts.
