Once the order has been placed, a representative will contact you for more information (all sizes and classes of gloves being tested) and develop a freight quote for your approval.

Once payment is processed, you will be sent a prepaid return label as well as a glove testing order form. This form MUST be included inside of your package with the rubber gloves.
- Customer is responsible to package the gloves
- DO NOT FOLD Rubber gloves when packaging, this causes the rubber to break down and could cause premature failures
Testing process takes approximately 2-3 weeks once received at the facility.

If the gloves pass testing, a representative will send you an update with tracking once the gloves are ready to ship. Gloves will be shipped directly back to the address provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Any gloves that fail testing will be destroyed immediately.
