    All reservations will be accepted as space permits, on a first-come basis.

    Registrations for those who do not attend Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church will not be accepted until June 8, 2025. 

    If you are not an attendee of Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, please do not submit your registration until June 8, 2025.  If space is still available by that date, we warmly welcome you to register then.

  • Please indicate the number of rooms you would like to reserve, and which nights you will be staying. Please note that the reservation fee is per room, not per person.

    • Prices indicated are for the entire room no matter how many people are staying in it.
    • Any participant over the age of 5 (or not in a pack and play) needs to have a reserved bed. Air mattresses or sleeping on the floor are not permitted.

  • General Hold Harmless Agreement: I (the undersigned) desire to participate in various programs, events or activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “activities”) operated, sponsored, supervised by or which are involved with the Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church (hereafter referred to as the “church”).

    No promise or inducement has been made or offered for this release except as herein set forth. This release is executed without reliance on any statement or representation of the church or by any agents or representatives of the church.

    The undersigned understands and acknowledges that the undersigned, or a member of the immediate family of the undersigned, may incur personal injury, bodily damage or other injury, harm or damage while participating in such activities. The undersigned further understands and acknowledges that the church would not allow the undersigned to participate in such activities without releasing and holding harmless the church. Further, the undersigned requests that the church allow him/her to participate in church activities and, in consideration thereof, agrees to hereby release and forever discharge the church, its officers, directors and employees, their agents, participants, attendees, supervisors and parties volunteering on behalf of the church, from all actions, causes of actions and claims, damages of any kind growing out of or related to any activity of the church in which the undersigned participates or is involved. The undersigned further acknowledges that this is a full and complete release for all injuries and damages that the undersigned may sustain as a result of the undersigned’s participation in any church activity.

    This release extends to releasing and discharging the church, its respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns and all persons, associations or corporations who are or might be claimed liable from all claims, liability, demands, costs, charges, expenses, actions, causes of action, judgments and executions, past, present and future, known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, whether or not ascertainable at the time of the execution of this document.

    The undersigned understands that the church activities extend beyond the activities themselves and may include transportation, education, accommodations, providing food and beverages, and supervision. The undersigned understands that the term “activities” and the term “church” are to be interpreted as broadly as possible.
