  • Our standard pickup location is The Daily Grind, on the main floor of the Students' Union Building.

  • We may not be able to accommodate requests for catering within the next three business days. Please contact us at catering@horowitzevents.ca to confirm. 

    Please note that additional service fees may apply on weekend/holiday orders.

  • Most small orders can be set up in 5-10 minutes. However, we ask that you enter the earliest time possible as we can get quite busy, and for orders that don't require heat we may drop off earlier. Large orders can require multiple trips and we may have extra equipment to setup, which we will do earlier in the day whenever possible.

    Our goal is to always have your food ready at the start of your event, and this information helps us provide the best service possible to all of campus.

    Most items on our menu can be modified to accommodate common allergies, and you do not need to list substitutes. Our team is happy to suggest alternatives.

    Allergies are a top priority to our culinary team, and our chefs will make every effort to ensure that meals are prepared safely. However, all allergens are present in our kitchen and a lack of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Guests with a high degree of sensitivity should take extra care and precautions.

    It is helpful, although not required, if you indicate if the restriction is a preference, allergy/sensitivity, or religious restriction.

    Please note that our agreement with the University requires us to submit a 492 or 248 phone number with all speedcode invoices, as well as list the department with authority to use that code. Please ensure information is correct when confirming your booking.

    Please note that orders are not confirmed until payment is received and you have been provided with a Catering Confirmation.

    Final Numbers
    Final catering numbers and dietary restrictions/allergies must be confirmed in writing seven business days out. Any changes made less than seven business days out may incur a fee.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation requests must be in writing. Orders are not considered cancelled until acknowledged by a member of our Coordination team.
