    Sierra Oro Farm Trail Farm-to-Fork Dinner and Harvest Marketplace Sunday, October 15 - TJ Farms Estates, Chico
  • Harvest Marketplace Booth Specifications:

    • Booth set up will begin at 3:00pm on Sunday, October 15. All equipment/materials must be removed by 9:00pm. Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and will include a covered 6-foot table, one folding chair, and an 8.5 x 11 framed participant sign. 1 table per vendor.
    • Electricity is not available.
    • Wineries may sample product only. No wine sales. Wineries will also be provided wine glasses and a dump bucket.
    • Registration deadline is Sunday, October. 1. All registration forms received after deadline are subject to space availability.
    • One vendor per booth space.

    Liability

    The Butte Ag Foundation/Sierra Oro Farm Trail (BAF/SOFT) shall not in any manner or for any cause be liable or responsible to any vendor or any other person for any injury or damage to any person, business or property in any way related to or arising in connection with the Harvest Dinner and & Farm Marketplace; and any and all claims for such injuries or damages are hereby waived and each Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the BAF/SOFT and its directors, officers, employees and agents (the "Indemnified Parties") against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, imposed on, incurred by or asserted against the indemnified parties caused by any act or omission of that vendor, or occurring within the space leased by that vendor or arising in connection with the activities conducted by that vendor in connection with the event.

    Farms/Wineries acknowledges that the BAF/SOFT does not maintain insurance covering the Farms/Wineries property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Farms/Wineries to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the Vendor.

    Each Farm/Winery is responsible for providing the Butte Agriculture Foundation, Inc. and TJ Farms Estates with evidence of coverage from the Farms/Wineries insurance provider listing the Butte Agriculture Foundation, Inc. and TJ Farms Estates as an additional insured. General liability coverage should be no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Evidence of coverage must be provided prior to the event. Please provide evidence of coverage by Monday, October 10 to info@butteagfoundation.org.

    Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals

    I hereby agree and give my permission for BAF/SOFT and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself, my farm/winery, and to display, publish or distribute these digital assets for the purpose of publishing, posting on the BAF/SOFT website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these digital assets now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these assets. I understand that the assets may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the BAF/SOFT control. I agree that I will not hold the BAF/SOFT responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
