Lincoln CSD FREE Summer Meal Order Form 2025
By completing this form, you are pre-ordering FREE breakfast and lunch meals for your child(ren) age 18 or younger for the summer. Each food box will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches per child. Families may request meals for all children age 18 and under living in the household.Meal pick-up/deliveries begin(s) Thursday, June 5 and will take place every Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at LMS, in the bus pick-up line between the Middle School and the playground.If this time does not work for your schedule, please contact Nutrition Services at 479-824-7310 ext. 103 to arrange an alternative pick-up time.
