  • Thank you for sponsoring Project Palooza 2025 and helping us support the work of Project Enlightenment! 

    This year's event will be held on Saturday, September 27th from 10am to 1pm in the Project Enlightenment parking lot off Florence Street.

    This is a "rain or shine" event, except in the case of extreme weather deemed unsafe by the Foundation Board or the WCPSS school system.

    Please complete the following information to confirm your sponsorship and ensure you have the appropriate materials if you plan to have a presence at the event.  We've added a "save" option so you can start this form and come back to it as needed.

    Please be sure to submit this completed form NO LATER THAN JULY 15th, 2025 to ensure inclusion in marketing and print materials.

  • Section 1- Sponsor Information

    For all sponsors (business & individual, regardless of sponsor level)
  • Business sponsors, please provide a secondary/back-up contact. 

  • Please provide your name or business name as you would like it to read in promotional materials for the event, including print (T-shirt and event banner) and online (website and social media).  If you do not want to be recognized, please type "anonymous".

  • If you are sponsoring at the Benefactor or Champion level, please provide your logo as you would like it to appear in marketing/print publications and online.  Please use the highest resolution files you have available, and upload multiple versions if you have them.  Include any guidelines or restrictions on the use of your logo (e.g., "color logo may only be used on a black or white background"). 

    For best quality on printed materials, vector files are preferred (.ai, .pdf, or .svg).  PNG and JPG files are great for social media and website use.  Full color versions will be used online and on the sponsor banner, and a solid color version will be used for the T-shirt.

  • Each child who attends the event will receive a swag bag full of information and goodies from our sponsors and vendors.  Each year we prepare 300 bags. Examples of items: bookmarks, pencils, stickers, small toys, vouchers, printed information about your organization, etc.  If you are sponsoring at the Supporter level or above and would like to contribute promotional items to the swag bags, please tell us what they are.  We will contact you in the coming weeks to arrange pickup or drop off prior to the event.

  • Section 2- Event Booth Information

  • Complete this section only if you are sponsoring at the Partner level or above AND intend to have a booth at the event. 

    The event is held in the Project Enlightenment parking lot. The building is located at 501 S. Boylan Avenue for the purposes of navigation. The parking lot and event entrance are on Florence Street.

    We will send an email a couple of weeks prior to the event with information about setup, parking and other details.

    Please plan to have two people present to staff your booth. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

  • Section 3- Payment Information

    2.  A link to make an online payment

    If you plan to mail a check, simply click "submit" and follow the instructions provided for mailing. 

    If you plan to pay online, please read the information below regarding our online payment process before you click "submit".

     

    Project Enlightenment Foundation uses Givebutter for payment processing.  The Givebutter platform offers many tools for nonprofit organizations to make events easier.  It also makes a wider variety of secure payment options available to donors, including credit card, PayPal, digital wallets, Venmo and ACH as well as DAFs.

    Givebutter shows donors the online processing fees assessed by credit card and digital wallet companies, giving donors the opportunity to cover those fees so their entire intended donation goes to the nonprofit. 

    When you complete your sponsor payment, you will see the processing fees associated with your transaction.  Donor coverage of processing fees is the default setting, but you will be given the option not to cover these fees.   

    The lowest fee option is ACH at 1.9%.  All other options incur a fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents. You can avoid fees to either yourself or the Foundation by mailing a check.  Mailing address will be provided when you click submit.
