Eagles Care (EC) is the before/after school program that is provided as an added service for parents and families. EC is available from 7am to 6pm (excluding school hours) for students enrolled in TK-5th grade during the school year. After school care is also available for 6th graders. However, supervision of 6th graders IS NOT available on minimum middle school days. EC is closed on major holidays, but is open on Teacher Prep and Training Days.
EAGLES CARE BILLING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
All EC fees (except EC Adventure Days) will be billed through your Finalsite account at the end of each month, from September to May. Questions regarding the details of your bill may be e-mailed to eaglescare@rcs.edu.
PAYMENT PLANS
All TK-5th grade students arriving between 7-8:45am and TK-6th grade students departing between 3:45-6pm will be charged for Eagles Care attendance. Charges are calculated by the ¼ hour. Eagles Care has two payment plans: hourly rate and drop-in rate. Families are not charged for EC for any school-directed teacher conferences. All students are also given two am and/or pm free regular school-day uses for emergencies. After these two uses, students will be charged the drop-in rate shown below unless enrolled in the hourly plan.

EC ADVENTURE DAYS (Oct 10; Dec 19; Mar 6, 19, 20; May 18, 19, 20)
EC is open when school is not in session. These non-school days are charged separately at a flat per day rate at time of registration. EC Adventure Days offer full-day care, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-Registration will be available about three weeks before each EC Adventure Day.
-Students who register by the early-registration due date qualify for a lower rate.
-Due to staffing and supply preparation, EC Adventure Day registration is non-refundable.
LATE PICK-UP FEE SCHEDULE
In cases when the student is picked up after 6:00 pm, a late-fee is added according to the schedule below:
