Terms & Conditions of Participation
By registering for the Dare 2 Dance Holiday Workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation & Risk
- I understand that participation in dance and fitness activities involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury.
- I acknowledge that my child participates at their own risk, and Dare 2 Dance and its instructors will not be held liable for any injury sustained during the workshop.
Supervision & Collection
- My child will be supervised by Dare 2 Dance staff as follows:
Half Day - 8:30am until 12:00pm;
Full Day - 8:30am until 3:00pm.
- I agree to collect my child promptly at the conclusion of their workshop each day. I understand that late pickup may result in additional charges or affect future participation.
- I will notify Dare 2 Dance if someone other than myself will be collecting my child.
Food & Breaks
- I will ensure my child brings a nut-free packed lunch, morning tea, afternoon tea and a water bottle each day.
- I understand that Dare 2 Dance is not responsible for providing food or snacks.
Clothing & Belongings
- My child will wear appropriate exercise clothing and bring closed dance/active footwear.
- I understand that Dare 2 Dance takes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings brought to the workshop.
Medical Conditions & Emergency Contact
- I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions or allergies during registration.
- In the event of illness or injury, I authorise Dare 2 Dance staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child and understand that any associated costs will be my responsibility.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your child’s booking, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate a change of day, subject to availability. No-shows without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
