Leak Detection Testing Policy

Please note the following important information regarding our leak detection process:

It is recommended to begin testing with the body of water (pool, spa, fountain, etc.) where the leak is suspected.

If the leak is not found in the initially tested area and additional bodies of water need to be inspected, an additional fee of $250 will apply per additional body at the time of testing.

If your pool is equipped with an in-floor cleaning system, and the pop-up heads need to be tested, the pool must be drained prior to testing.

To ensure accurate results, the pool water must be clear at the time of the scheduled test. Cloudy or murky water may delay or invalidate the testing process.

Leak detection is a pre-paid service. Once payment is received, we will confirm an appointment time with you. The wait time for an appointment can be between 3-5 business days, depending on availability. The water within the pool must be clear to ensure accurate leak detection results.
