For valuable consideration we hereby grant Focus on the Family Singapore Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Focus Singapore”) the permission with respect to the photographs/videos taken of me and/or my spouse (either as a single portrait or a group shot) by the photographer/videographer appointed by Focus Singapore:
- To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs/videos, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, communication materials, uploading onto websites, social media platforms, publications and public education materials owned by Focus Singapore.
We hereby release and discharge Focus Singapore from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs/ videos, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
We have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.
