TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·        This is an inclusive event, you are expected and agree to be inclusive to all couples regardless of sexual orientation, race, age or ability.

·        MAXIMUM FIVE vendors per category, SPREAD ACROSS ALL AREAS. First in with payment gets the spots. (If you have been contacted a spot is held for you, but will not be held indefinitely)

·        You must only advertise yourself on the day, no third-party advertising.

·        Payments are non-refundable and must be paid within two weeks of booking a spot.
If you need to pull out - Half your fee will go towards a future date, half will have been used for advertising and other running costs.

·        All powered equipment and cords must be undamaged, and in-date, and tagged and tested.

·        All stalls must be kept clean and clear of clutter, there will be storage space available on the day.

·        No tables are provided unless you have booked one.
Tables provided are a 6ft tressle, you will need your own tablecloth.

·        NOTHING is to be fixed to the walls, doors, or floor.
All items you bring in must not damage the floors.
These are heritage buildings, please respect that.

·        Two people per stall unless otherwise arranged, to allow for the maximum amount of foot traffic.
You will be provided with two chairs.

·        The fair will run 11-3pm.
Bump in will be from 8am, all stall holders set up by 10.30am
*STRICTLY no pack-down to begin until 3pm*

·        All cars need to be removed from the venue car park once you have unloaded.

·        You agree to the terms written above, and that you comply with these terms and conditions of being a stall holder.

·        You agree to follow any on the day instructions given, including evacuation and emergency procedures.

·        You agree to provide a current certificate of currency for Public Liability, and any other insurances relevant to your work (IE Food handling if you wish to give food samples)

·        You agree to share the event across your social media in (at least) the month and week leading up to the event.

·        You understand that if these conditions are not met, you may not be invited to participate in future events.
