When not to use this form:

Accessibile Viewing Platform tickets (which include an extra Essential Companion ticket) can be booked directly via the ticketing pages at countryonthecommon.com, you do not need to submit this form.

Using this form:

Essential Companion Tickets
Please purchase your ticket then enter your booking reference and upload your proof of eligibility below. Once approved, we will issue your Essential Companion ticket to you via See Tickets. Please allow up to 5 working days.

Blue Badge Parking Spaces
Limited Blue Badge parking spaces are available for access customers to reserve in advance (free of charge), available on a first come first served basis. Please enter your booking reference and upload your proof of eligibility below. Our team will be in touch, please allow up to 5 working days.

Blue Badge
Evidence of registered severely sight impaired
Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
Access Card
Official medical / Doctors letter
