Who are the Bluff Country Hidden Hero's:
The Bluff Country Hidden Hero's is a local nonprofit group of law enforcment officers, firefighters, EMT's, and other responders in the Bluff Country Region of Southeast Minnesota who volunteer their time and resources to help kids and families in need, especially around Christmas.
They organize events like “Holidays with the Hidden Heroes,” where caravans of squad cars, fire trucks, and ambulances accompany Santa to deliver gifts directly to children’s homes in Winona, Fillmore, and Houston counties. The group was originally started by Houston County Sheriff’s Investigator Chris Frick and has grown into a formal 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a volunteer board and community donors supporting scholarships and holiday gift programs.
