  • Galison, Mudpuppy and Brass Monkey work very hard to ensure the highest quality in our products. If you have a puzzle with either defective or missing pieces and have purchased within the past sixty (60) days, please use this form to request a replacement.

    Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we are unable to replace individual puzzle pieces. Our puzzles are printed at several factories that each use a different mold, which makes individual piece replacement difficult.

    If the purchase was made on Amazon or another retailer, we recommend that you contact that retailer directly for a refund/credit. We have arrangements in place with our distributors that allow for them to accept defective items, and that is often the quickest way to resolve issues.

    This form can only be used for customers in the United States. Outside of the United States, please contact the retailer/store from which the puzzle was originally purchased.

    Thie form will require the following information in order to be completed: 

    • Your contact information
    • Purchase receipt
    • ISBN (found on box)
    • Batch Number (found on box)
    • Photo of the front of the box
    • Photo of the back of the box
    • For missing pieces: photo of completed puzzle so we can see the missing pieces
    • Photo of defective pieces (if applicable)

    Our team will review your submission and if approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Replacement orders are processed twice a month and we can only honor 2 courtesy replacements for a single customer.

  • The ISBN and Batch Number are located on the back of the box on the puzzle, most commonly in the lower right corner. The ISBN starts with the numbers 978 and the Batch Number starts with the letter M.
