We Are Hiring Coaches Who Want to Make an Impact

The Missouri Mariners are seeking driven, dedicated individuals who want to invest in young athletes-on and off the field. Whether you're an experienced coach, a parent with passion, or someone just beginning your journey, we have a place for you in our organization. Our season runs from November through July, with weekly practices starting in November and games/tournaments from March through July. We coach both baseball and softball teams across multiple skill levels and age groups.

 

 

Head Coach - $3,000 stipend Responsibilities:

Lead and structure team practices

Build seasonal/tournament schedule

Manage communication with assistant coaches and families

Assist with team recruiting and player development

 

Assistant Coach - $1,700 stipend Responsibilities:

Support head coach during practices and games

Provide instruction and mentorship

Promote a positive, development-focused environment

Development Team Coaching-

Development Team Head Coaches receive a $1,700 stipend
Development Team Assistant Coaches receive a $1,000 stipend
(Focused on younger or recreational athletes progressing toward competitive levels)
Volunteer Coach – Unpaid
Assist with practices and events
Gain coaching experience
Help grow the program through your support
