If you are interested in staying in a room at the beach house. There is a $250 fee per room and there are 5 rooms available for rent with different set ups as far as beds. They will be first come (pay) first serve. All overnight guests have to be over the age of 18. If the rooms fill up and you are interested in renting rooms for this weekend let me know. I know we have classmates with rentals who may have some available for rent & the lady renting us the house has others available as well, right in the immediate area.
