CLEAN BY NATURE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

At Clean by Nature, we're proud to provide eco-friendly, high-quality services delivered by a team of highly trained W2 employees. As we continue to grow and serve more families throughout Coweta and Fayetteville counties, we are updating our cancellation and reschedule policy to ensure we continue delivering consistent serviced while protecting the livelihood of our valued team members.

Our cleaning technicians are the heart of our company. In order to maintain a reliable and motivated team, we must provide each cleaner with consistency in their schedule and income. Last-minute cancellations and reschedules directly impact their earnings, and this policy is designed to protect both our staff and the level of service you receive.

Effective Immediately:

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION / LOCK-OUT POLICY

For General, First-Time, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings:
- A minimum of 48 business hours notice (excluding weekends) is required for cancellations.
- If canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, based on the scheduled service rate.
- Same day cancellations will incur 100% of the service fee.
- Situtations considered cancellations include:
  - Inability to access home (locked out or key/code not working)
  - Payment issues or card declined
  - No running water or electricity
  - No running HVAC during extreme weather
For Recurring Clients

Skip Fee for Regular Services
- Weekly service: $10 fee
- Bi-weekly service: $15 fee
- Monthly service: $35 fee
Need to Reschedule?
- We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, the new date must be within 5 business days of your original appointment.
- If rescheduled beyond 5 business days, a fee of $10 per week outside of your regular schedule will apply.
- Cancellations/reschedules with less than 48 business hours notice will still incure a 50% service fee.
- Same day cancellations will result in being charged full price.

If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be within 5 business days of your originally scheduled service. *Reschedules made 5 business days out of the original service date are subject to the fee of $10 for each week outside of the regular recurring schedule to compensate the technician for additional time.
