This protects your brand and outlines terms clearly for any collaborators such as artists, videographers, or producers.CONTENT COLLABORATION AND USAGE AGREEMENTThis Content Collaboration and Usage Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between Augminished Studio, doing business as Augi Sessions,("Company"), and [Collaborator Name], ("Collaborator").1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Collaborator will participate in a recorded performance, session, or creative content project hosted, filmed, or produced by Augi Sessions.2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENTAll audio, video, photographic, and written materials (the "Content") created as part of this collaboration shall be the sole and exclusive property of Augminished Studio. The Company reserves the right to use, distribute, modify, monetize, or license the Content in any format and platform worldwide, in perpetuity.3. LICENSE TO COLLABORATORThe Company grants the Collaborator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Content for personal promotion, portfolios, and social media use, provided:Credit is clearly given to "Augi Sessions" in the caption or accompanying text.No edits are made to alter or remove Augi Sessions branding without written permission.The Content is not used in commercial advertising or monetized platforms without written approval from the Company.4. CREDIT AND BRANDINGCollaborator agrees to:Tag or mention @augisessions (or other social handles provided) when posting any related content.Not remove, obscure, or alter logos, watermarks, or branding applied by the Company.5. COMPENSATIONUnless otherwise agreed upon in writing, no monetary compensation is offered or owed to the Collaborator for participation. Any mutually agreed payment or trade (e.g., promotion, gear, studio time) must be documented separately.6. RELEASEThe Collaborator consents to the recording and use of their image, voice, name, likeness, and performance in all Content. Collaborator waives any rights to inspect or approve the final product and releases the Company from any liability arising from its use.7. CONFIDENTIALITYBoth parties agree not to disclose any unreleased content, session footage, or behind-the-scenes material without mutual consent until officially published by the Company.8. TERMINATIONThis Agreement may only be terminated by mutual written consent. The Company retains ownership and usage rights to all Content created prior to termination.9. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.10. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
