Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Demolition / Restoration Workers with experience in construction site cleanup, demolition, and structural restoration. This role requires hands-on experience in removing damaged structures and materials, prepping sites for renovation or rebuild, and assisting with restoration efforts following fire, water, or mold damage. Ideal candidates will be physically fit, safety-focused, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform selective and full-scale demolition of residential and commercial structures.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, compactors).
- Remove debris, hazardous materials, and salvageable items from job sites.
- Assist in restoration work including framing, drywall, insulation, and minor carpentry.
- Conduct cleanup and site prep work to support restoration teams.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols on every site.
- Work in environments affected by fire, water, and mold damage while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about job progress and issues.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment daily.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in demolition, restoration, or general construction.
- Familiarity with demolition techniques and restoration best practices.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in dusty or hazardous conditions.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and independently when required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- IICRC certification (Fire/Water/Mold) is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor job sites, often in environments damaged by fire, water, mold, or structural decay.
- Use of PPE including respirators, gloves, eye protection, and hazmat suits when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
