Step into the healing power of nature with our caregiver walking group - a chance to move your body, lift your spirit and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving.

This leisurely walking group will meet at different locations around Greater Victoria. The group will spend around one hour walking together and 20-30 minutes in group discussion.

Dates and Locations are listed below with specific meeting details sent to you upon registration. Please pick the session date that you would like to join from the dropdown menu.

You MUST pre-register to join each walk!

- August 5, 2026 at Mystic Vale, Alumni Chip Trail, Victoria, BC V8P 3E8 (UVic trailhead)
