SEASONAL CAMPER APPLICATION BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RVs must meet Park regulations, CRVA or C.S.A. standards and codes according to the Town of Fort Erie By-Law. Please ensure your RV complies with the environmental and electrical standards of Ontario, Canada and the Park. Homemade RVs are not permitted. We are currently unable to accept 12’wide units.

2. RVs that request electric and water services must have a grey and a black water holding tank. Only a “blue boy”, certified sewage tote or portable waste tank may be used to transport sewage to the dump-station holding tank.

3. All RVs must be 10 years or newer if coming into the campground for the first time. If an RV older than 10 years is approved by Windmill Point Park, the occupant understands and acknowledges that they may be required to upgrade their RV within 2 years of initial occupancy.

2026 RATES

Seasonal Camping includes: ONE FAMILY UNIT - 2 adults and dependent children, 17 years and under, water, weekly scheduled pump-outs. Electric meter billing will be issued during the camping season.

Winter storage is invoiced and discounted 100% for renewing Seasonal Campers only.

Add 13% HST tax to all prices where applicable.
