Everyone that comes on your tour should be included in your count. We allow one adult at no charge for every 5 students. All other adults will be charged the same rate as the students on the tour. We collect one payment per group, per visit, unless special arrangements are made in advance. Chaperones or parents that arrive the day of the tour to pay at the Farm will be charged our daily admission rate, and it is the responsibility of the teacher to communicate this to parents. We will confirm your headcount 24 hours prior to the tour and that is the minimum amount your group will be charged. All payments must be made day of by school check or credit card. We can take credit card payment over the phone from school/district offices. No refunds will be issued for checks written for over the final amount due.
