Everyone that comes on your tour should be included in your count. We allow one adult at no charge for every 5 students. All other adults will be charged the same rate as the students on the tour. We collect one payment per group, per visit, unless special arrangements are made in advance. Chaperones or parents that arrive the day of the tour to pay at the Farm will be charged our daily admission rate, and it is the responsibility of the teacher to communicate this to parents. We will confirm your headcount 24 hours prior to the tour and that is the minimum amount your group will be charged. All payments must be made day of by school check or credit card. We can take credit card payment over the phone from school/district offices. No refunds will be issued for checks written for over the final amount due.

Guided Tour- 90 minutes $13 per person/includes Wagon ride to pick apples or pumpkins, tour through Animal Land (after September 9th), Train Ride, and Pumpkin Eating Dinosaur experience with a Goebbert’s Tour Guide I understand that the Guided Tour is approximately 90 minutes long and after that timeframe we are expected to depart from the Farm or we will be charged an additional $2 per person for the Self Guided Tour Rate

Classroom Aides, Paraprofessionals, and Nurses are $8 each

Additional $1 per person if bringing sack lunches

Animals arrive at the farm the 2nd week of September (TBD on exact date).

We have two locations. This request is for a school tour at our Farm in Pingree Grove. The address for bussing is 42W813 Reinking Road Pingree Grove, IL 60140. Please tell bus drivers to enter from Reinking Road, NOT our south entrance by our Farmstand.
