    There are several steps to this form. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

    Conditions of Play
    Before moving on, you'll need to accept the Conditions of Play outlined below.

    Entry Requirements
    Completing this Entry Form requires:

    • Payment of the appropriate fee(s)
    • Providing required demographic information for anyone you enter

    Entry Options

    • You may enter up to: 1 Fours team, 2 Pairs teams, and 4 Singles players
    • Fours and Pairs entries/payment are by team only.  Only complete teams will be accepted - no TBA's.

    Entry Fees

    • Singles = $75 each
    • Pairs = $150/team
    • Fours = $300/team

    Verification of Entry

    • After completing this form you will receive an email confirmation of your entry.  The email will be sent to the address provided in the Conditions of Play section below. 
    • If you don't receive the confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder.
    • Registrations will be posted to the Bowls USA website > Events > US Open.  It is the players' responsibility to check the website to be certain entries are correct.

  • By typing my name and including my email below, I indicate that I have read and understand the Conditions of Play (downloadable) that are linked to this Entry Form.

    Any additional players listed on this form, will receive an email asking for their acceptance of the CoPs.  A response is required.

  • Men's Fours 

  • I am looking for a Fours Team

  • Do not submit an entry until you have a confirmed team

  • Team Entry

  • Fours team entry fee is $300.

    Only complete teams may be entered, no TBA's are accepted for entry.

    Format

    • Day 1: 4 qualifying games 
    • Day 2: Majority of teams move to flight brackets; game 1 losers are out. 3 games maximum. 

    Awards - Championships Flight

    • Places 1 - 3 receive medals
    • Places 1 - 4 receive cash prize

    Awards - Flights 2 through 6*

    • Places 1 & 2 receive award certificates and cash prize

    *Subject to change depending on the number of total entries

  • Men's Pairs

  • I am looking for a Pairs Partner

  • Do not submit an entry until you have a confirmed partner

  • Team Entry

  • Pairs team entry fee is $150/team.

    Only complete teams may be enterred, no TBA's are accepted for entry.

    Format

  • Singles Entry

  • As of July 23, 2025, Men's Singles registration is full.

    • We are now accepting waitlist entries.
    • If a spot becomes available due to cancellations, you will be notified.
    • If you are not moved off the waitlist, your entry fee will be refunded after the conclusion of the US Open tournament.

     

  • Singles entry fee is $75/person.

    Format

    • Day 1: 5 rounds of play.  Each bowler plays 4 games and marks 1 game.
    • Day 2: Majority of players move to flight brackets; game 1 losers are out.  3 games maximum.  

    Awards - Championships Flight

    • Places 1 - 3 receive medals
    • Places 1 - 4 receive cash prize

    Awards - Flights 2 through 9*

    • Places 1 & 2 receive award certificates and cash prize

    *Subject to change depending on the number of total entries
