TERMS OF REVIEW: Each Academy will undergo a registration review process 30 days before the event to determine if more or less staff are needed, or if the Academy needs to be cancelled due to low enrollment. The Vocal Jazz Academy Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to amend or cancel this agreement up to two weeks before the event. Contractor will be paid $80 cancellation fee in the event that this agreement is cancelled. Each contractor is responsible for their own travel expenses beyond what is indicated above.
