Ordering Information:

• Minimum Notice: All cake orders require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. No exceptions. Orders are subject to availability.

• Payment Process: Please do not send any payments before we contact you. Payment must be made once we follow up to confirm your order details.

• Cake Customization: The design is at the discretion of the cake designer and cannot be customized. No fondant decorations will be used. Any theme or character decorations will be non-edible.

• Product Focus: We specialize exclusively in cakes covered in buttercream (frosting).

• Pick-Up Availability: No pick-ups from Sunday to Tuesday. If you are unable to select a pick-up date, it means that day is unavailable.

• Payment: Full payment is DUE 7 DAYS prior to pick-up and is required to confirm your order. Failure to make payment will result in CANCELLATION

• Refund Policy: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

CAKE BUNDLES:

Cupcakes: Choose between vanilla or chocolate, with one flavor per dozen, topped with vanilla buttercream.

Cupcakes decor: Simple buttercream design, with the option to choose up to 2 colors per dozen.

Pastries: Select from delicious Quesitos or Pastelillos de Guayaba. You can opt for half and half or choose one flavor.

DECORATION NOTICE:

Please Note: All cake designs are kept simple and include only non-edible toppers, with no or very minimal fondant detailing, as determined at our discretion. You may submit inspirational images or ideas, but the final design will be created at our discretion.

If you need a cake for any of our closed days you could consider picking up the saturday before. All cakes stay fresh for up to 6 days uncut and refrigerated. Please note that it needs to stay refrigerated up until the day of the party/event.  

*Please make the necessary adjustments to pick up your order on time. We understands that life happens and some events are uncontrollable. Therefore communication is very important! Please respect your time and mines.

Once I contact you payment must be made to secure order.
