Terms and Conditions
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity or in the case of no show. Cancellations must be made online via enquiry@bala.academy or text 0480595878.
A 20% Administration will apply to cancellations prior to 72 hours.
The staff and coaches on site are authorised to act for parents and guardians, according to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention for any participant. Also, to the extent permitted by law, release B.A.L.A Academy and their authorised partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage or loss incurred while at camp.
Participants of the B.A.L.A Academy Beach Volleyball Camp acknowledge and accept that any swimming or water-related activity undertaken during break times is done entirely at their own risk. While we recommend that any participant who chooses to swim does so only between the designated patrolled flags, SCBV, its staff, coaches, and volunteers accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, or incident that may occur in or around the water. Supervision is not provided during break periods, and all participants (and their parents/guardians, if under 18) agree to take full responsibility for their own safety and decisions regarding water activities.
Photographs and videos may be taken by staff or coaches during your activity for marketing purposes. A selection of these may be uploaded to our website, social media sites or for other marketing purposes and publications.
