Vendor Table Rental Agreement
Vendors may begin set up at Noon, June 28, 2025. Vendors must be set up prior to the start of the event by no later than 1:00 pm. You will be allowed to sell prior to start of show, can be available during the show, during the 15 minute intermission and 10 minutes after show is over but not later than 5:30 pm. Tables are assigned so please show up on time or contact our Vendor Coordinator to ensure that your table is reserved for you. Please bring a stamper with you! (A donated prize is asked but not required to include in our drawing.)
Table Rental Cost: $50 per table. All payments are due with completed agreement by June 6, 2025. Table rental allows only one donated ticket for the talent show. Parking is on your own. Your vendor fee covers one (1) table-8' and two (2) chairs that will be assigned a 10x10 area from which to work from. If you want to bring someone, they must be named on this agreement. No unauthorized persons are allowed to work vendor table without purchasing a ticket to the talent show. (Please bring your own table cloth.)
