Thank you for choosing True Flair Events. Submitting this form does not confirm or secure your booking. Your date is only reserved once a 50% non-refundable retainer has been received. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required within 48 hours to secure your booking. This retainer is applied toward your total invoice balance. The remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to the event date.For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
All retainers and rush booking fees are non-refundable.
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event start time in order to be considered for a future credit. For example, if an event is scheduled to begin on Saturday at 4:00 p.m., cancellation notice must be provided by Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
If you choose to cancel your booking, a credit may be issued at the discretion of True Flair Events. This credit may be applied toward a future rental, service, or event, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event start time, or on the day of the event, will not qualify for a refund, credit, or adjustment.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of True Flair Events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, no cash refunds will be issued. Payments made may be retained to cover preparation, staffing, scheduling, supplies, and other costs already incurred.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, services are subject to weather conditions. True Flair Events reserves the right to adjust, delay, or suspend services in the interest of safety. Services affected by severe weather conditions are not eligible for refund.
Venue Access & Setup Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue allows safe and reasonable access for setup. Locations requiring additional effort, including stairs, long walking distances, uneven ground, or beach access, may incur additional fees of $30.00 for adjusted setup arrangements.
Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure all event details provided are accurate and that the venue is secured and ready at the agreed setup time. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
Right to Refuse Service
True Flair Events reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if the event environment prevents proper execution of services.
Force Majeure
True Flair Events shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power failures, or government restrictions.
