Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time without penalty by contacting our Member Services team at kamwyanarep@gmail.com. While cancellation requests are processed immediately, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months. You also understand that we require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment date in order to use your deposit to reschedule your appointment. You also agree that all service results will vary, and all payments are non-refundable. I confirm that the salon and the hairstylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be. I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon and the hairstylist in maintaining my hair. I am allowing the salon and the hairstylist to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service in my hair treatment.
