Full payment is required to book your order.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Please note: cash is not accepted.
Order dates cannot be changed once confirmed to ensure quality control.
All orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of completion. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the order without refund, as outlined in our policy.
Cancellations are not eligible for a refund once the order has been confirmed and supplies have been purchased.
We are not responsible for damage to arrangements after pickup or delivery. Please handle all floral products with care and store them in a cool, shaded area.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and pickup/delivery information. Missed deliveries due to incorrect details are non-refundable.
Any changes to your order (such as color scheme, flower types, or pickup time) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
Communication is key—we kindly ask that all order-related questions or updates be submitted via email or text to ensure proper documentation.
