- You must show valid ID during the live session
- You must sign the document on camera
- The document must be mailed to the notary for official signing (courier and rush options may be added for an additional fee).

Other Acceptable ways to verify Identity:
1. Credible Identifying Witness: A third party (credible witness) who personally knows the signer and is known to the notary can swear to the signer's identity.
  1. The witness must present valid ID
  2. The witness must take an oath affirming the signer's identity
