Offering social opportunities, community access, emotional and sensory regulation, structured sensory activities and respite for families. 1:3 Ratio or 1:1 Ratio with WRTS Support Workers.

We are also planning to offer EXCURSIONS if parents are interested!

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the Service – Full Refund/No Charge

• Cancellations within 48 hours or NO SHOW - 0% Refund/Full Payment Required if participant's session can not be filled by another participant.

Please note: WRTS’s Accounts Receivable Team will follow up any non payments in line with NDIS Policy and non payments will be reported to the NDIA. A re-fund can be left as a credit on a client’s account for future services. Refunds or Credit can not be used for Rock Shop Products.

Under NDIS new pricing structure for group programs, Non-Face-to-Face costs (eg. preparation, administration, activity set up) are required to be itemised separately on the invoice. Previously this cost was incorporated in the Face-to-Face session time. We estimate the Non-Face-to-Face time to be approximately 0.5 hours per session, but is subject to variation dependent on the day's activities. Please indicate your acceptance of this component below.*
