We understand that birth times may not always be entirely accurate; however, an accurate reading will be correct provided it falls within a +/- 2-hour window.

Please note that once the books have been sent to the manufacturer, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Each book is custom-made, and any incorrect information submitted at the time of order is the responsibility of the customer.
