By booking a session with me right now, you’re agreeing to receive RAW-style, unfiltered digital images with full editing rights included in the cost.

If you choose to edit the images yourself, I ask that you please tag @JAYDNPOV when posting and clearly note that the photos were taken by me but not edited by me. This helps give proper credit and supports my work—thank you! 💛

Please note: That any travel outside of Morehead, Kentucky will require a travel fee, which will vary based on the location. Since I don’t typically take on many travel sessions, this will need to be discussed to confirm availability and pricing.

Do you have any dates in mind for the shoot? My availability is mostly in the early mornings, after 4:30 PM on weekdays, or on weekends.

📌 Important Notice & Agreement:
By submitting this form, you understand that this is not a confirmed booking. This inquiry simply provides JAYDN POV Studio with the necessary information to contact you regarding potential availability and session details. A session is not officially booked until you receive a confirmation message through our business page, along with any applicable agreements or payment arrangements.

By signing, you also agree that if you do book a session with JAYDN POV Studio, you will credit the studio by tagging @JAYDNPOVStudio when posting or sharing any images publicly. Additionally, if you choose to apply your own edits or filters to the photos after delivery, you agree to clearly state that the editing was not done by JAYDN POV Studio.

This helps ensure proper credit and transparency for both artistic integrity and brand representation.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment is due upon arrival of your shoot. If I don’t hear from you within 5 hours of your scheduled shoot, it will be canceled. Payments are accepted via cash or PayPal only. Submitting this form does not confirm a booking—no deposit is required at this stage.

You also acknowledge that it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to receive a response from the studio regarding scheduling or next steps.
