Proper new swimming pool startup will take several days and we will need access to your pool each day to properly test, treat, and maintain the pool. NO PEOPLE OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL DURING THE STARTUP PROCESS. The pool filter will need to run continuously for a minimum of 72 hours. The pool interior finish is especially susceptible to staining, scaling, and discoloration within the first 28 days. It is critical to maintain proper water chemistry after the startup procedures and will be the pool owner's responsibility unless you are subscribing to one of our monthly service plans.
