REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully....

Refunds will be granted up to 2 weeks before the scheduled start date of the program.  

There will be no refunds or pro-rates after that time including the result of time missed due to personal situations including but not limited to illness, injury, or quarantine.    In the event that the State of New Jersey mandates the suspension of our program, And One Basketball Club, LLC reserves the right to continue programming  once the order of closure is lifted.  If operation of the program cannot be completed due to a State or Government closure, a refund or partial refund will be awarded.  Once again, ONLY in the event of closure, NOT for personal circumstances.

I hereby release and agree to hold And One Basketball Club LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the program, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any contact with And One Basketball Club LLC. I understand that this release discharges And One Basketball Club LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the program with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any contact with And One Basketball Club LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to the program together with all owners, partners, and employees.

 

Release & Waiver...
I hereby release And One Basketball Club, staff, employees from and against any and all liability or causes of action arising out of connection with my child participation in the program. By registering and submitting this form, I am agreeing to the above.
