Refund policy

Registration is fully refundable (minus 5% fee) 10 or more days prior to the workshop. Less than 10 days prior, eligible for 50% refund. Same day cancellations or no shows are never eligible for a refund. The presenter is not responsible for participant connectivity issues.

Policies

- If I used an agency email I may miss handouts and confirmations.

- I have read the refund policy (above) and understand that no exceptions can be made to this policy.

- I understand that this is either an in person Contact training or a LIVE webinar training depending on my selection.

- For live webinar: I will need to be on camera and participating in all experiential activities in order to receive CEs, as well as complete a post-test.

- For Contact/in person: I must be present for the full training day and pariticpate in activities.

- There is no recording and missed portions may not be made up and may make me ineligible for CE credit.

Note: If you are also registering for the Play Therapy for Trauma or Models of Play Therapy you must register separately but may pay with one check.
