- I acknowledge that outdoor activities in natural areas entail known and unanticipated risks that could result in injury.
- I agree and promise to accept responsibility for my own safety and well-being during this training.
- If I have a medical or mental health condition that I think the instructors should be aware of, I will inform them prior to the start of the program.
I have read the program syllabus and the program agreement and agree to their terms.
