We’re happy to provide complimentary hotel and basic travel quotes. If you already know what you need, or simply want help finding and booking the right hotel, you do not need to purchase a planning package.

For travelers who want a fully customized experience, optional planning services are available. These services cover the additional time required for detailed research, itinerary creation, reservations, vendor coordination, and personalized support.

Complimentary Booking Assistance
Includes:

• One to two quotes for accommodations and/or flights
• Assistance booking selected travel arrangements
• Access to eligible rates, offers, and hotel benefits
• Basic recommendations

This option does not include a customized itinerary, extensive activity research, restaurant reservations, or detailed daily planning.

If you would like us to thoughtfully plan the details of your journey, you may select one of the following packages after your initial consultation.

Mini Getaway — Starting at $100
Designed for a one- to three-day trip. Includes:

• One destination
• A personalized day-by-day itinerary
• Activity, dining, and sightseeing recommendations
• One round of revisions

Signature Escape — Starting at $200
Designed for a four- to seven-day trip. Includes:

• Up to two destinations
• A detailed daily itinerary
• Personalized hotel, dining, activity, and transportation recommendations
• Reservation assistance upon request
• Two rounds of revisions

Extended Journey — Starting at $250
Designed for an eight- to fourteen-day journey. Includes:

• Multiple-destination itinerary planning
• Hotel, excursion, dining, and transportation coordination
• Personalized support leading up to departure
• Three rounds of revisions
• Final pricing depends on the trip’s length and complexity.

Group Trips and Celebrations — Starting at $500
Designed for groups of five or more traveling for birthdays, girls’ trips, reunions, celebrations, and other special occasions. Services may include:

• Group accommodation and activity coordination
• Vendor research and reservations
• Payment collection support
• Shared itinerary planning
• Personalized travel guidance

A custom quote will be provided based on the group size, destination, and level of coordination required.

Additional Services

• Rush planning requested fewer than seven days before departure: $125
• Booking-only assistance when you provide the completed itinerary: $30 service fee
• Visa or passport application guidance: $100, excluding government and processing fees
• In-destination concierge support: Custom quote based on the trip duration and requested level of assistance

Planning fees are non-refundable and are collected before customized research or itinerary development begins.

When your accommodations, flights, and experiences are booked through Beverly Hills Luxury Travel Society, a portion of the planning fee may be applied toward your trip, depending on the selected package and booking eligibility.

Corporate and Large-Scale Events
We also provide customized planning for corporate retreats, conferences, brand activations, destination events, and programs for 100 to 1,000+ guests.

Because every event has different production, travel, staffing, and logistical requirements, professional event services are quoted individually following an initial consultation.

Disclaimer & Consent for Service Fees and Agreement
By submitting this form or booking services with YT BOSS BAE LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Service Fee Agreement

• All planning fees are non-refundable and charged for our time, research, coordination, and expertise, not the cost of travel, event vendors, or bookings.
• Service fees vary based on the complexity, length, and nature of the trip or event. A full quote will be provided before services begin.
• For custom trips, events, or group bookings, a signed agreement and planning fee payment are required before work starts.

2. Booking Terms

• Travel prices and availability are subject to change until the deposit is received and confirmed.
• For events, planning fees do not include venue rental, catering, entertainment, travel, or third-party costs unless specified.
• If you choose not to book with us after receiving a custom itinerary or proposal, the planning fee remains non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your travel/event needs.
• You are responsible for reviewing all documents and making final decisions on bookings and changes.
• You understand that delays in providing required information or payment may result in lost availability or increased costs.

4. Limitation of Liability

YT BOSS BAE LLC is not liable for acts of God, government shutdowns, flight cancellations, delays, or other disruptions caused by third-party vendors.
We are not responsible for personal losses, damages, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Authorization & Payment

• An invoice and authorization card will be sent via email after we receive your submission of the form.
• Planning and service will begin only once payment is received and authorization is complete.

6. Consent

By checking the box and submitting this form, you confirm that:
