By submitting this form or booking services with YT BOSS BAE LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Service Fee Agreement
- All planning fees are non-refundable and charged for our time, research, coordination, and expertise, not the cost of travel, event vendors, or bookings.
- Service fees vary based on the complexity, length, and nature of the trip or event. A full quote will be provided before services begin.
- For custom trips, events, or group bookings, a signed agreement and planning fee payment are required before work starts.
2. Booking Terms
- Travel prices and availability are subject to change until the deposit is received and confirmed.
- For events, planning fees do not include venue rental, catering, entertainment, travel, or third-party costs unless specified.
- If you choose not to book with us after receiving a custom itinerary or proposal, the planning fee remains non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your travel/event needs.
- You are responsible for reviewing all documents and making final decisions on bookings and changes.
- You understand that delays in providing required information or payment may result in lost availability or increased costs.
4. Limitation of Liability

YT BOSS BAE LLC is not liable for acts of God, government shutdowns, flight cancellations, delays, or other disruptions caused by third-party vendors.
We are not responsible for personal losses, damages, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Authorization & Payment
- An invoice and authorization card will be sent via email after we receive your submission of the form.
- Planning and service will begin only once payment is received and authorization is complete.
6. Consent
