Terms and Conditions 1.Acceptance of Terms: By participating in any tennis or pickleball program, service or event offered by Hunters Hill Club, whether as a participant, player, spectator, coach, or in any other capacity, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of play. You acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to read and understand these terms and conditions before choosing to participate. Age Requirement: All Hunters Hill Club programs (except dedicated children's programs) require participants to be 18 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 2.Acknowledgement of Risk: Tennis & Pickleball, like all sports, carries inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to prevent or minimise harm. These risks range from minor injuries such as bruises, strains, and sprains to major injuries such as broken bones, torn ligaments, concussions, and other medical conditions, up to and including death. By choosing to participate, you recognise and understand these risks. 3.Assumption of Risk: By participating in Hunter's Hill tennis & pickleball programs, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to your participation, and you accept personal responsibility for any damages resulting from such risks. 4.Release of Liability: You hereby discharge and hold harmless Hunters Hill Club, its agents, representatives, employees, and any other individuals or entities acting on its behalf, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in any tennis or pickleball program. 5.Continuation and Acknowledgement of Agreement: Your participation in any Hunters Hill Club tennis or pickleball program or event signifies your understanding and agreement to the terms of this Participation Agreement. By choosing to participate, you forgo any rights to bring legal action against Hunters Hill Club, its affiliates, representatives, employees, and any other individuals or entities acting on its behalf for any reason covered by this agreement. This agreement applies to all current and future participation in any pickleball program or event offered by Hunters Hill Club. 6.Privacy Statement: Your Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Hunters Hill Club. 7.Publicity Statement: Photographs and results from competitions maybe used to promote classes and events for publicity purposes, without compensation. Please inform us if you do not want you or your child’s photo published before starting the session. By signing this form, I agree to the above terms and conditions
