  • Incoming Supply

    Please upload a clear image of your meter cupboard showing the whole incoming supply and main fuse as shown below. This may be next to your consumer unit, for example under the stairs, or in a separate area.

    We need to see if you have a 250 x 250mm space to sit the electrical equipment. The more photos you can provide us of this, the better. The below image gives you an example of the type of space we require. (An A4 piece of paper is 210 x 297mm for reference.

  • Disclaimer:

    If we identify an issue with the main supply to your property, we may have to contact your electricity distributor to authorise the installation of an EV Charger. This can in some cases cause your installation date to be delayed.

  • Bonding At Property

    All installations require earthing/bonding on water and gas/oil feeds entering the house, we need to establish if this is in place for safety reasons.

    This is a common reason for a failed installation.
