THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Here are a couple of things to notate...

- The Co-Op & Hybrid Academy and the Accountability Association are two separate programs. You will never have to be enrolled in both programs if you don't wish to do so.

- All HCU Accountability Members will receive a 15% off of their HCU Co-Op registration fees while remaining a member of the association.

- You do NOT have to be unenrolled with your current Accountability Group to register to us. When your withdrawal period comes, you may withdraw at that time.

** You must register with the accountability FIRST in order to receive your Co-Op Discount. If you register for the Co-Op first, you will need to wait until the following semester for your discount to be active.

- We will have open registration all year.

- Our 90-day check-in and 180-day completion report registration will remain open all year.

- We understand that lots of families school year-round. Once you complete your 180 days, you are free to close out your current year and complete the registration process for the next school year if you choose to do so.

- We will conduct one graduation a year that will take place in May annually. This graduation will be for 1st year homeschoolers, kindergarten, 5th grade, 8th grade, and 12th grade. Please note, that you will see preschoolers at graduation. This option is only available for preschoolers who attend the Co-Op.

- Each HCU accountability student can receive a grade completion certificate via email to print out for your homeschooling records by parent request.

- We will provide report cards and transcripts by request.

- After your registration is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration. AS SOON AS YOU CLICK SUBMIT, YOU ARE REGISTERED AND ENROLLED. Within 15 days, you will receive an email that will include parent and student I.D. cards.

- Writing
- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Studies

* In addition for grades seven through twelve...

- Composition and Literature
You will receive a separate email that will contain your parent and student ID's. You will receive no other emails other than your automatic email submission confirmation, which details your entry selections. ONCE YOU CLICK SUBMIT, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY A HCU ASSOCIATION MEMBER. You will not receive any other emails! Please join the BAND app where you can send private messages to the Director when you have questions. This is where you will receive the quickest response. Or, you may email the Director at admin@HCUaa.org where it will take up to 72 hours for a response. Thank you*

Optional Student Profiles & Background info
This section is not mandatory but please take the time to complete individual student profiles. This information will help us to assess the needs of our community and better serve you in areas that you request help in.

These profile sheets will not be discussed with parent volunteer aides of any kind. This is strictly for administration and coordinators. This helps us to know exactly what the parents desire for their children so that we may assist in those areas.

Are there any personal or academic things you would like to see improvements with per child? For example, I would like to see Sally Sue follow instructions better, I would like to see Billy Bob control his emotions, learn to write better, or read better etc. We can take this important information and tie it into lessons, workshops, or monthly themes to incorporate the things you would like to see improvements with, etc.
We pride ourselves on being a diverse organization comprised of many nationalities, backgrounds, occupations, etc. Experience has shown us that we are able to learn and grow more by surrounding ourselves with people that have experience in different areas. It's how we've been able to offer 24 - 36 classes per semester at our co-op. Can you please share your demographics... nationality, any languages outside of English that you, the parent speak, any business, job, or career path that you have experience in.

We may reach out from time to time for advice based on your areas of expertise.
