Event Commitment: This sale will proceed rain or shine. Vendors and attendees should plan accordingly. Set up will be between 7am and 9am. Please be fully set up by 9am. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather-related cancellations or personal circumstances. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors must ensure their booths are secure, weighted down and weather-resistant. Any damage to products due to weather is the vendor’s responsibility. Sales & Payments: Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions. Liability: The event organizers or Dutch Treat are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the sale. Code of Conduct: All vendors and attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. If your children attend, you are responsible to make sure they are not inhibiting others ability to sell/shop. You are also expected to take all trash with you.
