  • CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • This Credit Repair Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date signedbelow, by and between:

  • 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

    C&L Staffing Solutions agrees to provide credit consulting services to the Client. This includes the preparation and submission of dispute letters to the three major consumer reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) on behalf of the Client for the purpose of addressing potentially inaccurate, obsolete, or unverifiable information on the Client’s credit reports.

  • 2. CREDIT MONITORING REQUIREMENT

    To provide effective services, the Client agrees to purchase and maintain an active credit monitoring account with www.MyScoreIQ.com for the entire duration of this Agreement. This service allows C&L Staffing Solutions to access updated credit reports, track progress, and identify disputed items.

    Failure to maintain credit monitoring may result in delays or suspension of services.

  • 3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

    The Client understands and acknowledges that C&L Staffing Solutions does not guarantee the removal of any specific negative or derogatory items from the Client’s credit reports. The Company will act in good faith to initiate disputes with consumer reporting agencies, but final decisions rest solely with the credit bureaus and the furnishers of information.

  • 4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

    The Client agrees to compensate C&L Staffing Solutions as follows:

    • $100.00 per each negative account successfully deleted from any of the Client’s credit reports. 
    • The billing period covers the duration from the start date of this Agreement until the end of service.

    If the Client is unable to pay the total due in full, they agree to a monthly payment plan of $100.00 until the full balance is satisfied.

    Payment will be due upon presentation of documented results showing verified deletions or corrections.

  • 5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate personal information and documentation as requested. 
    • Maintain access to their MyScoreIQ account and share login credentials when necessary for the Company to verify results. 
    • Promptly respond to Company communications and requests.
  • 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    C&L Staffing Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the services provided. The Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify C&L Staffing Solutions and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise in connection with the credit repair process.

  • 7. USE OF RESULTS FOR MARKETING

    The Client grants C&L Staffing Solutions the right to use non-identifiable results, such as beforeand-after credit reports, deleted items, or success metrics, for marketing or educational purposes, provided that all personal identifying information is excluded unless express written consent is given by the Client.

  • 8. TERM AND TERMINATION

    This Agreement shall remain in effect until:

    • The credit repair services are completed, or 
    • Either party terminates the Agreement in writing with 7 days' notice.

    Upon termination, the Client shall be responsible for all services performed and results delivered up to the date of termination.

  • 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement contains the full and complete understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

  • 10. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
