ONBOARDING FORM FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS & ALUMNI

All parents, guardians and alumni are required to onboard yearly. This allows us to audit our system regularly to avoid clutter. This form is NOT for new and continuing ALS Learners in MyHill.
Submitting this form means you have read and accepted MyHill ALS' Privacy Policy.

One MyHill Google account sign-up per person.
NO SHARING of MyHill Google accounts.
Each person must have their UNIQUE personal eMail/Gmail accounts.
NO SHARING OF PERSONAL EMAILS for onboarding sign-up.
ONLY ONE representative parent or guardian can sign up PER family.

Please double check the spelling, letters and special characters that you type in to avoid onboarding errors.

After submission please wait for the NEXT ONBOARDING INSTRUCTIONS that will be sent to your personal eMail/Gmail accounts, hence be sure that your personal email is active and working.

If you have already ONBOARDED LAST YEAR and your MyHill Google account is still active then just disregard the onboarding instructions that you will receive by default.
