Data Collection:
The information provided will be used only for event-related purposes (e.g., any changes to your tour schedule or updates about the event). This information will be stored securely and deleted once the event has taken place. It will only be accessed by the administration company’s head office staff.
Photo Consent:
During the tour, photos may be taken for promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be included in any photos, please inform our team upon arrival.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at hr@jerseyroyal.co.uk as soon as possible. This will help open up spaces for others. If you do not show up on time, we will try to accommodate you in the next available slot, subject to availability on the day.
Packhouse Guidelines:
These guidelines are in place to ensure safety and order for all visitors entering the packhouse.
- All personnel entering the packhouse must wear the appropriate uniform, footwear, a hairnet, and a cap. Open footwear such as sandals is not permitted; we kindly ask everyone to wear closed-toe shoes for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Visitors and personnel must wash their hands at the designated handwashing stations before entering the packhouse or handling any product.
- Consumption of food is restricted to the designated canteen area only. No food or drink is allowed in the packhouse whatsoever.
- Nuts and sesame products are strictly prohibited on-site.
- Jewelry and personal belongings are not permitted inside the packhouse. This includes earrings, necklaces, watches, and similar items.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- In the event of a fire alarm, please follow the instructions of your guide.
- Within the packhouse, stay within the designated walkways, aisles, and pedestrian crossings at all times.
- Only trained personnel are allowed to operate machinery. Visitors should avoid interacting with or standing near operational equipment.
- Running within the packhouse is prohibited to prevent accidents.
- Certain areas may be restricted for safety or operational reasons. Please adhere to all access restrictions.
- To follow GDPR, no photographs are to be taken in the packhouse.
